Project: the U.S. Department of Energy’s (DOE) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) was created in 1976 to assist low-income families who lack the resources to invest in energy efficiency. Contribution to the project: performed site redesign with design house; taxonomy development; information architecture; content inventory and purge; banner design; module research and testing; closed captioning process and Section 508; desktop to mobile UX; and iOS/Android and HTML5 test lead.
